Introduction
The TLV316 (single), TLV2316 (dual), and TLV4316 (quad) devices form a low-power, general-purpose op amp family. These devices feature rail-to-rail input and output swing, combined with low quiescent current (typical 400μA per channel), wide bandwidth of 10MHz, and ultra-low noise (12nV/√Hz at 1kHz), making them highly attractive for battery-powered applications that require a good balance between cost and performance. Low input bias current enables the use of these op amps in applications with source impedances up to the megaohm range.
The TLVx316 is designed for robustness and ease of use by circuit designers. The device features unity-gain stable integrated RFI/EMI rejection filters, no phase inversion under overdrive conditions, and high ESD protection (4kV HBM).
These devices are optimized for low-voltage operation from 1.8V (±0.9V) to 5.5V (±2.75V).
