Introduction
The S-75L00ANC is a single 2-input NAND gate fabricated using advanced silicon-gate CMOS technology. It offers the inherent low-power advantage of CMOS and can operate from a minimal battery supply (1V ~ 3V). The internal circuit features buffered outputs, ensuring high noise immunity and output stability. Since no diode is inserted between the input pins and VCC, an input voltage can be applied even when no supply voltage is present. This makes it suitable for interfacing between different voltage supplies, 3V-to-1V output level shifting, and battery backup applications.
