Beschreibung
HCPL-2200/2219 are optocoupled logic gates integrating a GaAsP LED and a high-gain integrated photodetector. The detector features a three-state output stage and a detection threshold with hysteresis. The three-state output can directly drive data buses without pull-up resistors. The hysteresis characteristic provides differential-mode noise rejection and eliminates the possibility of output signal jitter. The HCPL-2219 offers superior internal shielding, guaranteeing 2.5kV/μs common-mode transient immunity at 400V common-mode voltage. The electrical and switching characteristics of the HCPL-2200/2219 are guaranteed over a temperature range of 0°C to 85°C and a VCC range of 4.5V to 20V. The low IF current and wide VCC range make them compatible with TTL, LSTTL, and CMOS logic, offering lower power consumption compared to other high-speed optocouplers. The typical propagation delay for logic signal transmission is 160 nanoseconds. These devices are suitable for isolating high-speed logic interfaces, buffering I/O lines, and implementing isolated line receivers in high-noise environments.
