HX6474 is an omnipolar Hall-effect IC comprising reverse-polarity protection, internal voltage regulation, a Hall voltage generator, a differential amplifier, a Schmitt trigger, and an open-collector output stage. It accepts magnetic flux density as input and delivers a digital voltage signal as output. Designed to operate under both magnetic poles, it is suitable for use with rectangular or cylindrical magnets. The HX6474 operates over a temperature range of -40℃ to 125℃, with a supply voltage range of 2.5V to 26V and a maximum load current capability of 25mA. Available in SOT-23 and TO-92S packages, both compliant with halogen-free standards.
