Introduction
The ZD24C256A provides 262144 bits of serial EEPROM, organized as 32768 words of 8 bits. The device is optimized for many industrial and commercial applications where low power consumption and low voltage operation are critical. The ZD24C256A offers an additional page known as the Identification Page. The Identification Page can be used to store sensitive application parameters, which can later be permanently locked in read-only mode.
