Littelfuse 229/230 Series SlO-BlO fuses are available in 2AG size in cartridge or axial lead form, with a blown fuse indication option, and are designed to meet the stringent requirements of the telecommunications industry. When ordering 229/230 Series products with the blown fuse indication option, the glass body changes color immediately after the fuse has blown. They share the same performance characteristics as standard products, helping to reduce time spent locating blown fuses and troubleshooting circuit faults. The 229/230 Series in the 0.25A–1.25A range combines conventional overcurrent protection with the ability to withstand high-current, short-duration pulses, meeting the short-circuit requirements of UL 60950-1/UL 62368-1 for telephone equipment.
