Introduction
AMC1200SDUBR is a precision isolated amplifier whose output and input circuits are separated by an isolation barrier with high resistance to magnetic interference. Per VDE V 0884-17 and UL1577, the barrier is certified to provide reinforced or basic electrical isolation up to 5kVRMS or 3kVRMS. When used with an isolated power supply, this isolated amplifier separates portions of a system operating at different common-mode voltage levels and protects the low-voltage side from damage.
The AMC1200SDUBR input is optimized for direct connection to shunt resistors or other low-voltage signal sources. The device's excellent performance supports precise current control, enabling system-level energy savings. Integrated high-side supply voltage absence detection and input common-mode overvoltage detection simplify system-level design and diagnostics.
The AMC1200SDUBR operates over a temperature range of -40°C to +125°C.
