Introduction
The OPA237 series (OPA237 and OPA2237) are a new generation of high-voltage (48V), low-noise, precision op amps. These devices offer excellent DC accuracy and AC performance, including low offset (±100μV max), low drift (±1μV/°C), 1.1MHz bandwidth, and input voltage noise density of 22nV/√Hz at 10kHz. Unique features such as differential input voltage range extending to the negative supply rail, high output current (±40mA), and capacitive load drive capability up to 1nF make the OPA237 a high-performance op amp for high-voltage industrial applications.
The robust design of the OPA237 series provides ease of use for circuit designers: integrated RF/EMI rejection filter, no phase reversal under overdrive conditions, and high ESD protection. The OPA237 is optimized to operate from +4.5V (±2.25V) to +48V (±24V) over an extended temperature range of -40°C to +125°C.
The OPA237 (single-channel) is available in SOT-23-5 and SOP-8 packages. The OPA2237 (dual-channel) is offered in SOP-8, DFN-8, and MSOP-8 packages.
