The TM52 E5223 is a new fast, low-voltage, power-saving 8051 architecture — a fully 8051 instruction set compatible 8-bit MCU that retains the 8051 peripheral function modules. Under typical conditions, the TM52 executes instructions six times faster than a conventional 8051 architecture. By integrating multiple functions on-chip, the TM52 E5223 delivers higher performance, lower cost, and faster time-to-market. On-chip features include 8K bytes of MTP program memory, 512 bytes of SRAM, low voltage reset (LVR), low voltage detection (LVD), dual-clock power-saving operating modes, Timer0/Timer1, real-time clock Timer3, 12-bit ADC, 16-bit PWM0 (N/P), 16-bit PWM1/2/3, and a watchdog timer (WDT). Its high reliability and low power consumption make it well-suited for a wide range of consumer electronics applications.
