HT16C23A/HT16C23AG is a memory-mapped, multi-function LCD controller/driver chip. The display capacity of this series is 224 segments (56 SEG × 4 COM) or 416 segments (52 SEG × 8 COM). The software-configurable features of this series make it suitable for a wide range of LCD applications, including LCD modules and display subsystems. This series communicates with most microprocessors or microcontrollers via a two-wire bidirectional I2C interface.
