Introduction
The LMV751 single-channel op amp is a next-generation general-purpose low-power op amp. It features rail-to-rail input and output (RRIO) swing, low quiescent current (750μA typical), combined with wide bandwidth (11MHz) and ultra-low noise (8nV/√Hz at 10kHz), making it ideal for a wide range of battery-powered applications requiring a good balance between cost and performance, such as audio output, motor phase current sensing, photodiode amplification, barcode scanners, and white goods. Low input bias current enables use in applications with megohm-level source impedances.
The robust design of the LMV751 op amp provides ease of use for circuit designers: unity-gain stable with capacitive loads up to 300pF, integrated RF/EMI rejection filter, no phase reversal under overdrive conditions, and high ESD protection (4kV HBM). The LMV751 op amp is optimized to operate over a temperature range of 0°C to 70°C at voltages as low as +1.8V (±0.9V) and as high as +5.5V (±2.75V), and over an extended temperature range of -40°C to +125°C at voltages from 2.0V (±1.0V) to +5.5V (±2.75V).
The LMV751 (single-channel) is available in a SOT-23-5 package.
