ADUM1200ARZ-HX/ADUM1200BRZ-HX/ADUM1200CRZ-HX is a high-performance, 2-channel digital isolator with precise timing characteristics and low power dissipation. When isolating CMOS digital I/O, the device provides high electromagnetic immunity and low emissions. All device versions feature Schmitt trigger inputs for high noise immunity. The logic input and output buffers of each isolation channel are separated by a silicon dioxide (SiO2) insulation barrier. The device has two channels with fail-safe mode options. It offers high insulation capability, helping to prevent noise and surges on data buses or other circuits from entering the local ground and interfering with or damaging sensitive circuits. High CMTI capability ensures correct transmission of digital signals. The device is available in an SOP08 (narrow body) package, with the narrow body package offering an isolation rating of 3.75kVRMS.
