Introduction
The OPAx365 zero-crossover rail-to-rail high-performance CMOS op amps are optimized for ultra-low voltage single-supply applications. Rail-to-rail input and output, low noise (4.5nV/√Hz), and high-speed operation (50MHz gain bandwidth) make these devices ideal for driving sampling ADCs. Applications include audio, signal conditioning, and sensor amplification. The OPA365 family op amps are also well-suited for mobile phone power amplifier control loops.
Special features include excellent CMRR, no input stage crossover distortion, high input impedance, and rail-to-rail input and output swing. The input common-mode range includes both positive and negative supplies. Output voltage swing is within 10mV of the supply rails.
The OPA365 (single-channel version) is available in miniature SOT23-5 (SOT-5) and SOIC-8 packages. The OPA2365 (dual-channel version) is available in an SOIC-8 package. All versions are rated for an operating temperature range of -40°C to +125°C. The single- and dual-channel versions share identical specifications to maximize design flexibility.
