LEADPOWER SS6343M-QF-TP

The SS6343M is a three-phase brushless DC motor driver. It integrates three half-bridges comprising six N-channel power MOSFETs, along with pre-drivers and gate drive power supplies. The SS6343M provides enable and PWM inputs for each half-bridge. The SS6343M is capable of continuously delivering 2A drive current (depending on temperature and PCB conditions), with a peak overcurrent protection threshold of 7A. It uses an internal charge pump to generate the gate drive supply voltage for the high-side MOSFETs, and employs a trickle charge circuit to maintain sufficient gate drive voltage for operation at 100% duty cycle. Integrated protection features include thermal shutdown, undervoltage lockout (UVLO), and overcurrent protection (OCP). The SS6343M is offered in a 24-pin 3mm×4mm QFN package with an exposed thermal pad.
