Introduction
The ISO772X is a high-performance dual-channel digital isolator featuring a silicon dioxide (SiO2) insulating barrier with support for isolation voltages up to 5 kVrms. Designed for communication between two different power domains, it prevents noise currents on data buses or other circuits from entering the local ground, thereby avoiding interference with and damage to sensitive circuits. The ISO772X provides two channels: ISO772XS1 defaults to a high output level, while ISO772XS0 defaults to a low output level. The device achieves high electromagnetic immunity and low emissions at low power consumption through innovative chip design and layout, significantly enhancing EMC performance to meet system-level compliance requirements for ESD, EFT, surge, and radiated emissions. The ISO772X family is available in SOIC-16 wide-body, SOW8L wide-body, and SOIC-8 narrow-body packages.
