Introduction
The NSG2184 is a high-voltage, high-speed power MOSFET/IGBT high- and low-side driver IC series featuring a single input signal to simultaneously control two output channels. It integrates high- and low-side UVLO, overvoltage clamp, and shoot-through prevention protection circuits. The device offers high-current pulse output capability, logic input compatibility down to 3.3V CMOS or LSTTL logic levels, a maximum output current of 4A, and a floating channel maximum operating voltage of 700V. Suitable for driving N-channel high-voltage power MOSFETs/IGBTs and similar devices.
