The WAF1.0*2P horizontal SMT series is designed for the WAF1.0 crimp-type strip connector series. Appearance requirements: no stains, color deviation, blocked holes, material shortage, deformation, flash, or pad damage on plastic parts. Material specifications: plastic is natural-color high-temperature-resistant polyester; contact pins and solder tabs are tin-plated brass. Technical parameters: pin count 2–20; pitch 1.0mm; rated current 1A AC/DC (applicable when using AWG#28); rated voltage 50V (AC/DC); temperature range -25℃ to +85℃; contact resistance ≤20mΩ; insulation resistance ≥100MΩ; withstanding voltage 500VAC/minute; applicable wire gauge AWG#28 to #32. Packaging: for SH1.0 series products, housings are inner-packed in plastic bags and outer-packed in cartons; terminals are inner-packed in reel tape and outer-packed in cartons; pin headers are inner-packed in either tube packaging or tape-and-reel packaging, with carton outer packaging — products are sealed and secured without rattling inside the carton. Transportation by any means is permitted, but exposure to rain, snow, and mechanical damage must be avoided. For storage, fully packaged connectors must be stored in a warehouse with an ambient temperature of -10℃ to +40℃, relative humidity no greater than 80%, and no acidic, alkaline, or other corrosive gases in the surrounding air. The shelf life is 6 months for terminals and pin headers, and 18 months for plastic housings. Products exceeding the shelf life must be re-inspected and re-evaluated before use.
