DDF CD4051-SOP-16

The CD4051 analog switch is a digitally controlled multiplexer/demultiplexer analog switch featuring low on-resistance and low off-state leakage current. Analog signals passing through the switch can have an amplitude of up to 15V peak-to-peak. For example, with VDD = 5 V, GND = 0 V, and VSS = -5 V, analog signals ranging from -5 V to +5 V can be controlled and transmitted via digital signals of 0 V to 5 V. The CD4051 is an 8-to-1 analog switch with three binary control inputs A0, A1, A2, and one enable input EN. These three binary signals select any one of the eight analog channels to be turned on. When a logic "1" is applied to the EN input, all analog switch channels are turned off; when a logic "0" is applied, all channels are turned on. The device is available in SOP16 and DIP16 packages.
