HGSEMI SP3485EIMM/TR

SP3485E is a 3.3V half-duplex RS-485 transceiver compliant with TIA/EIA-485 standard, featuring low power consumption. The device integrates one driver and one receiver, both of which can be independently enabled or disabled, presenting a high-impedance state when disabled. The receiver offers 1/8 unit load high input impedance, supporting up to 256 transceivers in parallel on the same bus for error-free data transmission at up to 12Mbps. Operating voltage ranges from 3.0V to 3.6V, with integrated failsafe, over-temperature protection, current limiting, and overvoltage protection to ensure reliable communication in electrically noisy environments.
