Introduction
IC MAX232 is designed for high-performance information processing systems and widely used control equipment. Input voltage levels are compatible with standard CMOS levels. Output voltage levels are compatible with the input levels of C-MOS, N-MOS, and TTL ICs. Low input current: 1.0 mA ~ at Ta=25℃; 0.1 mA. Output current 24 mA. At Ta=25℃, latch current is no less than 450 mA. Withstandable electrostatic potential no less than 2000 V. Available in DIP-16, SOP-16, and TSSOP-16 packages.
