HMC544AETR-HX is a cost-effective SPDT switch in a 6-pin SOT-23 package, designed for transceiver applications requiring extremely low insertion loss at medium power levels. The device controls signals from DC to 4.0 GHz, with insertion loss below 0.5 dB, making it particularly suitable for 450, 900, 1900, 2300, and 2700 MHz applications. This GaAs PHEMT-based design delivers excellent linearity performance, with a 1 dB compression point of +36 dBm and a third-order intercept point of +60 dBm at +3 V bias. In the OFF state, the RF1 and RF2 ports present a reflective open-circuit characteristic. Integrated on-chip circuitry supports positive voltage control operation while consuming minimal DC current.
