Introduction
The LM13700M-TD consists of two current-controlled transconductance operational amplifiers, each featuring differential inputs and push-pull outputs. Both amplifiers share a common power supply but can operate independently. Internally integrated linearizing diodes at the inputs reduce distortion and allow higher input voltages, improving the SNR by 10dB at 0.5% THD. Specially designed impedance-controlled buffers extend the dynamic response range of the amplifiers, and the output buffers operate independently of IABC, delivering superior performance in audio applications. The device is available in SOP16 and DIP16 packages.
