Introduction
AD7706BNZ-HX/AD7706BRZ-HX/AD7706BRUZ-HX is a 16-bit ADC designed for low-frequency measurement applications, capable of directly converting small signals from sensor outputs. The device provides three pseudo-differential analog input channels and communicates via a 3-wire SPI serial interface. It features a configurable analog front end supporting programmable gain, signal polarity, and update rate. Self-calibration and system calibration capabilities eliminate gain and offset errors in both the device and the system. In addition, the converter offers high resolution, excellent noise immunity, low voltage operation, and low power consumption.
