Introduction
This digital isolator employs intelligent voltage division technology, leveraging capacitive voltage dividing principles to achieve precise transmission of voltage signals across the isolation barrier without the need for modulation or demodulation. Its performance and reliability surpass those of optocouplers and other digital isolators. Each transmission channel is independent, supporting multiple transmission direction configurations, with isolation voltage ratings from 1.5kV rms to 5.0kV rms and signal transmission from DC to 600Mbps. The operating voltage range supports 3.0V to 5.5V with signal level shifting across the same range. When the input-side power is cut off or no input signal is present while the output-side power remains active, the isolator output defaults to a defined logic level.
