Introduction
IR2110PBF-HX is a high-voltage, high-speed power MOSFET and IGBT driver with independent high-side and low-side referenced output channels. Its proprietary high-voltage IC and latch-up resistant CMOS technology enable a robust monolithic structure. Logic inputs are compatible with standard CMOS or LSTTL outputs, down to 3.3V logic levels. The output drivers feature a high-pulse-current buffer stage designed to minimize cross-conduction between drive stages. Propagation delays are matched to simplify use in high-frequency applications. The floating channel can be used to drive N-channel power MOSFETs or IGBTs in high-side configurations, with operating voltages up to 500V or 600V.
