Introduction
FAN7392N-HX is a high-voltage, high-speed power MOSFET and IGBT driver with independent high-side and low-side referenced output channels. It employs proprietary high-voltage IC and latch-up resistant CMOS technology to achieve a robust monolithic structure. Logic inputs are compatible with standard CMOS or LSTTL outputs, with logic levels as low as 3.3V. The output drivers feature high pulse current buffer stages designed to minimize shoot-through. Propagation delays are matched to simplify use in high-frequency applications. The floating channel can be used to drive N-channel power MOSFETs or IGBTs in high-side configurations, with operating voltages up to 500V or 600V.
