Introduction
TPS3760 is a family of window supervisors with wide input range and low quiescent current, designed for fast detection of overvoltage (OV) or undervoltage (UV) conditions. The TPS3760 can be directly connected to and monitor 12V/24V power rails in various industrial applications, including factory automation, motor drives, and building automation. The built-in hysteresis on the SENSE pin helps prevent false reset signals when monitoring power supply voltage rails. Separate VDD and SENSE pins enable the redundancy required for high-reliability systems. SENSE is decoupled from VDD, allowing it to monitor voltages both above and below VDD. The high-impedance input of the SENSE pin supports the use of optional external resistors. The CTSx and CTRx pins allow delay adjustment of the rising and falling edges of the RESET signal. In addition, CTSx can ignore voltage glitches on the monitored voltage rail, functioning as a debouncer; CTRx serves as a manual reset (MR) function, which can be used to force a system reset. The TPS3760 is available in a 4.1mm×1.9mm 14-pin SOT package. The TPS3760 operates over a temperature range of –40°C to +125°C TA.
