Introduction
CJ74LVC14 provides six inverting buffers with Schmitt-trigger inputs. It converts slowly changing input signals into cleanly defined, bounce-free output signals. The switching points differ between positive-going and negative-going input transitions. The difference between the positive-going threshold VT+ and the negative-going threshold VT− is defined as the input hysteresis voltage VH. The inputs can be driven by 3.3V or 5V devices. This feature allows the device to be used as a level translator in mixed 3.3V and 5V applications.
