Introduction
CJ74HC/HCT273 is an octal positive-edge-triggered D-type flip-flop. The device features a clock (CP) and master reset (/MR) input. On the low-to-high transition of the clock (CP), each output Qn will assume the state of its corresponding Dn input, provided the setup and hold time requirements have been met. A low level on /MR forces all outputs low, independent of clock and data inputs. Inputs include clamping diodes, enabling input interfacing to voltages exceeding VCC using current-limiting resistors.
