CD4053H is a triple single-pole double-throw analog switch designed for analog or digital multiplexers/demultiplexers. Each switch has one digital select input, two independent inputs/outputs, and one common input/output. All three switches share a single enable input. When the enable input is high, all switches enter a high-impedance off state, regardless of the select inputs. VDD and VSS are the supply voltage connections for the digital control inputs, with a voltage range of 3V~18V. The analog inputs/outputs can swing between VDD as the positive limit and VEE as the negative limit. VDD - VEE must not exceed 18V. Unused inputs must be connected to VDD, VSS, or another input. When used as a digital multiplexer/demultiplexer, VEE is connected to VSS. VEE and VSS are the supply voltage connections for the switches.
