Descrição
The TLV916x series is a family of 16V general-purpose operational amplifiers. These devices feature excellent DC accuracy and AC performance, including rail-to-rail input/output, low offset voltage (±210μV, typical), low temperature drift (±0.25μV/°C, typical), and low noise (6.8nV/√Hz at 1kHz and 4.2nV/√Hz at 10kHz). The TLV916x has many features, such as differential and common-mode input voltage ranges up to the supply rails, high short-circuit current (±73mA), and high slew rate (33V/µs). It is a flexible and reliable high-performance operational amplifier suitable for a variety of industrial applications. The TLV916x operational amplifier series is available in miniature packages (e.g., WSON) as well as standard packages (e.g., SOT-23, SOIC, and TSSOP), and is specified for operation from -40°C to 125°C.
