Introduction
INA181 and INA180 are wide-bandwidth, zero-drift, bidirectional current-sense amplifiers designed for battery monitoring, power management, overcurrent detection, and similar applications. The devices sense the voltage drop across a shunt resistor over a common-mode voltage range of -0.2V to 30V. Both devices integrate a matched resistor gain network with four fixed gain options: 20 V/V, 50 V/V, 100 V/V, and 200 V/V. The INA181 and INA180 operate from a single supply of 2.7V to 5.5V with a maximum supply current of 260μA.
