The TPL8032 series are 300mA high PSRR, ultra-low noise, low dropout linear regulators with a 20V wide input voltage range. The series supports adjustable output voltage from 1.22V to 18V via an external resistor divider, and is also available in fixed output voltages from 1.5V to 5V. The series maintains stability with ceramic output capacitors from 2.2μF to 100μF. The TPL8032 series features high PSRR of 79dB at 1kHz and ultra-low noise of 5.68μVrms. These characteristics make the TPL8032 series suitable for noise-sensitive applications such as high-performance analog devices or high-definition imaging equipment, suppressing large ripple and noise generated by upstream power supplies. In addition, output short-circuit protection and thermal protection enhance system reliability across a wide range of operating conditions. The TPL8032 series is available in SOT23-5 package with a guaranteed junction temperature range of -40°C to +125°C.
