Introduction
27L2 is a low-cost, rail-to-rail input and output voltage feedback amplifier. It features a wide input common-mode voltage range and output voltage swing, with a minimum operating supply voltage as low as 2.1V. The maximum recommended supply voltage is 5.5V. All specifications are guaranteed over the extended −40°C to +125°C temperature range. The amplifier delivers 150kHz of bandwidth while consuming only 5.5μA per channel. The ultralow input bias current makes it suitable for integrators, photodiode amplifiers, and piezoelectric sensors. Rail-to-rail input and output help designers buffer ASICs in single-supply systems.
