Introduction
TEA2095TE is a next-generation synchronous rectifier (SR) controller IC for switched-mode power supplies. It employs an adaptive gate driver approach to achieve maximum efficiency under any load condition. TEA2095TE is a control IC specifically designed for secondary-side rectification in resonant power supplies. It features two drivers capable of simultaneously driving two SR MOSFETs, enabling rectification of the voltage tapped from the secondary winding of a transformer. The two drivers have their own dedicated monitoring and control circuitry and can operate independently. TEA2095TE is optimized for efficiency, allowing operation with ultra-low impedance MOSFETs at high frequencies. TEA2095TE is manufactured using Silicon-on-Insulator (SOI) technology.
