The FM33LE0 series is a low-power MCU based on the ARM Cortex-M0+ core, featuring high integration, high reliability, low power consumption, and cost-effectiveness. This series offers a rich set of analog and digital peripherals, including up to 128KB Flash, 16KB RAM, 12-bit ADC, analog comparators, LCD driver, AES hardware encryption module, multiple timers, communication interfaces (UART, SPI, I²C), and various low-power modes. The operating voltage range is 1.8V~5.5V, and the operating temperature range is -40℃~105℃. The device integrates multiple clock sources (high-frequency/low-frequency RC oscillators, crystal oscillator, PLL) and a power management unit, supporting fast wake-up from deep sleep mode, making it suitable for applications with stringent requirements on power consumption and reliability.
