BL BL7141WH

High-performance quad-channel digital isolator providing complete electrical isolation between input and output. The logic input and output buffers of each isolation channel are separated by dual-capacitor silicon dioxide (SiO₂) insulating barriers. All four data channels are fully independent, encoding input data and recovering it without distortion at the receiver. The BL7140 features four unidirectional channels (all in the same direction) with output enable on the output side; the BL7141 features three forward channels and one reverse channel with output enable on both sides; the BL7142 features two forward channels and two reverse channels with output enable on both sides. If input-side power or signal is lost, devices with suffix L default to a low output level, while devices with suffix H default to a high output level. High isolation capability delivers strong EMI immunity and low emissions at low power consumption, helping to prevent noise and surges on data buses or other circuits from reaching local ground and interfering with or damaging sensitive circuitry. High CMTI capability ensures correct transmission of digital signals. Available in a 16-pin wide-body SOIC(W) package with 5kV RMS isolation voltage rating.
