The NUP2105 is designed to protect CAN transceivers in high-speed and fault-tolerant networks against ESD and other harmful transient voltage events. Housed in a single compact SOT-23 package, the device provides bidirectional protection for each data line, offering system designers a cost-effective solution to enhance system reliability and meet stringent EMI requirements.

- Low capacitance high-speed CAN data rate

- IEC 61000-4-2 (ESD): Level 4
- IEC 61000-4-4 (EFT): 40 A - 5/50 ns
- IEC 61000-4-5 (Surge): 8.0 A (8/20 μs)
- ISO 7637-1, non-repetitive EMI surge pulse 2, 9.5 A (1×50 μs)
- ISO 7637-3, repetitive EFT EMI surge pulse, 50 A (5×50 ns)
