Introduction
The SGM890B and SGM891B are low-power, high-accuracy voltage detectors. The adjustable threshold range of 0.8V to 5.0V in 0.1V increments provides great application flexibility. Since the sense pin (VSEN) is separated from the supply pin, the devices can monitor other power supplies. Furthermore, the devices maintain detection capability even when the monitored supply voltage drops to 0V. In addition, the SGM890B features a CD pin with an external capacitor connected to ground to adjust the release delay time. With a delay capacitor (CD) of 1μF, the delay time can be set to over 1s. These devices are ideal for power sequencing, reset sequencing, and power switching applications. The SGM890B and SGM891B are available in green SOT-23-5 packages with an operating temperature range of -40℃ to +125℃.
