Chipanalog CA-IS3105W

CA-IS3105W is a DC-DC converter IC supporting 5KVrms isolation voltage, integrating an on-chip transformer capable of efficiently transferring greater than 650mW of power to the secondary output. The device employs a proprietary control architecture for fast load transient response and precise output voltage regulation. CA-IS3105W can replace traditional isolated power supply solutions built with discrete components, offering a smaller footprint with full galvanic isolation.

CA-IS3105W integrates multiple protection features including soft-start, short-circuit protection, and over-temperature protection to enhance system reliability. CA-IS3105W provides an EN pin; when EN is driven low, the output voltage is zero and the supply draws only microampere-level standby input current.

Four output voltages are selectable via the SEL pin: 5V, 3.3V, 5.4V, and 3.7V, with support for an output-side LDO to accommodate various user voltage requirements. The CA-IS3105W is available in a 16-pin wide-body SOIC package with an isolation voltage rating up to 5kVrms.
