IDCHIP AD4150B

The AD4150B is a mono, bridge-mode audio power amplifier with shutdown mode. At a 5.5V supply voltage, the average output power is 3W (4Ω load, THD<10%). The AD4150B features a simple application circuit requiring minimal external components while delivering high-quality output power. No external coupling capacitors, bootstrap capacitors, snubber networks, or feedback resistors are required at the output. The AD4150B incorporates a unique anti-RF interference circuit, and its single-ended architecture provides superior noise immunity compared to conventional differential topologies. The AD4150B is available in SOP-8/MSOP-8 packages, making it especially suitable for low-volume, compact portable systems. The AD4150B can enter shutdown mode via a control signal to reduce power consumption. The AD4150B operates with excellent stability, featuring a gain-bandwidth product of up to 2.5MHz and unity-gain stability. The amplifier voltage gain can be adjusted by configuring external resistors for flexible application.
