The SDM30G60FC is a highly integrated, high-reliability three-phase brushless DC motor driver IC, primarily designed for lower-power variable frequency drives such as industrial servo systems, air conditioners, and low-power inverters. It integrates a 3-phase full-bridge high-voltage gate driver circuit and 6 low-loss IGBTs.

The SDM30G60FC incorporates multiple internal protection functions including undervoltage and short-circuit protection, offering excellent protection coverage and a wide safe operating range. Since each phase has an independent negative DC terminal, the phase currents can be sensed individually and independently.

The SDM30G60FC features a high-isolation, thermally conductive design in an extremely compact package, making it easy to use and particularly well-suited for space-constrained installations.
