HGSEMI TL431AIM/TR

The TL431 and TL432 are three-terminal adjustable shunt regulators. The output voltage can be set to any value between Vref (approximately 2.5V) and 36V using two external resistors. These devices feature a typical output impedance of 0.2Ω. The active output circuit provides a very sharp turn-on characteristic, making these devices excellent replacements for Zener diodes in many applications, including on-board regulation, adjustable power supplies, and switching power supplies. The TL432 offers identical functionality and electrical characteristics to the TL431, but with a different package pinout. Both the TL431 and TL432 are available in three grades — B, A, and standard — with initial tolerances of 0.5%, 1%, and 2% at 25℃, respectively. In addition, low output temperature drift ensures excellent stability across the entire temperature range. The TL43xxC devices operate over a temperature range of 0℃ to 70℃. The TL43xxI devices operate over a temperature range of -40℃ to 85℃.
