Introduction
The AD855x series amplifiers employ a patented fast-step response, chopper-stabilization technique for input offset voltage correction, achieving ultralow offset and drift. This approach continuously measures and compensates for input offset, eliminating drift over time and temperature as well as 1/f noise. This design breakthrough enables the devices to achieve a 1.5MHz gain bandwidth product and a 1.2V/μs slew rate while consuming only 125μA of supply current. These devices are unity-gain stable and feature excellent power supply rejection ratio and common-mode rejection ratio. The AD855x series is ideal for applications requiring precision amplification of low-level signals that cannot tolerate error sources, yet demand high bandwidth and fast transient response. Rail-to-rail input and output swing simplifies both high-side and low-side sensing. The LTH855x series operates from a single supply as low as 1.8V, making it suitable for dual-battery applications. AD855x op amps feature enhanced EMI protection to minimize interference from external sources and offer high ESD protection (5-kV HBM). All grades are specified over the extended industrial temperature range of -40°C to +125°C.
