Introduction
The LM35DMX-TD series are high-precision integrated circuit temperature devices whose output voltage is linearly proportional to the Celsius temperature. Compared to linear temperature sensors calibrated in Kelvin, the advantage is that users can conveniently achieve Celsius-scale readings without subtracting a large constant voltage from the output. The device requires no external calibration or trimming, providing a typical accuracy of ±0.5℃ at room temperature and ±1.5℃ accuracy over the full temperature range of -40℃ to +125℃. Lower cost is ensured through wafer-level trimming and calibration. The LM35DMX-TD features low output impedance, linear output, and precise intrinsic calibration, making it particularly straightforward to interface with readout or control circuits. The device operates from either a single supply or dual supplies. Drawing only 60μA from the supply, it produces very low self-heating in still air, less than 0.1℃. Its transfer function is VOUT = 10mV/°C × T.
