The MSADP151AUJZ-X.X-R7 series are high-accuracy, low-noise, fast-response LDO linear regulators fabricated using CMOS technology. These regulators integrate a fixed reference voltage, error correction circuit, current limiting circuit, phase compensation circuit, and a low on-resistance MOSFET, achieving high ripple rejection, low output noise, and fast-response low-dropout performance. The series is compatible with smaller, lower-capacitance ceramic capacitors and eliminates the need for a 0.1pF bypass capacitor, helping to save board space and reduce cost. With high-accuracy output regulation and fast transient response, the series effectively handles load current variations, making it particularly well-suited for handheld devices and RF products. The output can be disabled via the CE pin on the chip; the typical quiescent current in shutdown mode is only 1uA, significantly reducing power consumption.
