Introduction
The OPAx330AIDR series amplifiers employ a patented fast-settling chopper stabilization technique that provides input offset voltage correction, enabling extremely low offset and drift. This approach continuously measures and compensates for input offset, eliminating drift over time and temperature as well as 1/f noise. This design breakthrough achieves a 350kHz gain bandwidth product and a 0.22V/μs slew rate while consuming only 26μA of supply current. These devices are unity-gain stable and feature excellent power supply rejection ratio and common-mode rejection ratio. The series is ideal for applications requiring precision amplification of low-level signals where error sources cannot be tolerated, even under high-bandwidth and fast-slewing demands. Rail-to-rail input and output swing makes both high-side and low-side sensing straightforward. The series operates from supply voltages as low as 1.8V, making it suitable for dual-battery applications. These op-amps feature enhanced EMI protection to minimize interference from external sources, along with high ESD protection (5-kV HBM). All versions are specified over the extended industrial temperature range of -40°C to +125°C.
