Introduction
The AD8552ARZ series amplifiers employ a patented fast-step response chopper stabilization technique that provides input offset voltage correction, achieving ultra-low offset and drift. This approach continuously measures and compensates for input offset, eliminating drift over time and temperature as well as 1/f noise effects. This design breakthrough enables the device to simultaneously achieve a 1.5 MHz gain bandwidth product and a 1.2 V/μs slew rate, while drawing only 125 μA of quiescent current. These devices are unity-gain stable and feature excellent power supply rejection ratio and common-mode rejection ratio. This series is ideal for applications requiring precise amplification of low-level signals that cannot tolerate error sources, yet demand high bandwidth and fast transient response. Rail-to-rail input and output swing simplifies both high-side and low-side sensing. The series operates from a single supply as low as 1.8 V, making it suitable for dual-battery applications. The AD8552ARZ op amp features enhanced EMI protection to minimize interference from external sources, along with high ESD protection (5-kV HBM). All models are specified for operation over the extended industrial temperature range of -40℃ to +125℃.
