TPOWER SP4533

The SP4533 is a synchronous boost single-chip solution designed for power banks, integrating a linear charge management module, synchronous discharge management module, battery gauge and LED indicator module, and protection module. The chip features built-in charge and discharge power MOSFETs, with a fixed charging current of 1A and synchronous boost supporting 1A output current. It incorporates multiple protection functions including temperature compensation, over-temperature protection, overcharge and over-discharge protection, output overvoltage protection, output overload protection, and output short-circuit protection, ensuring the safety of both the chip and the Li-ion battery. The solution features a simple application circuit, requiring only a minimal number of external components to implement charge and discharge management.
