NCV1117DT33T5G-CN is a low dropout positive voltage regulator capable of delivering over 1.0A output current across the entire temperature range, with a maximum dropout voltage of 1.2V at 800mA. The output voltage is 3.3V, maintaining regulation without a minimum load requirement. The series also includes an adjustable output version, allowing the output voltage to be programmed between 1.25V and 18.8V via two external resistors. On-chip trimming adjusts the reference/output voltage accuracy to within ±1.0%. Internal protection features include output current limiting, safe operating area compensation, and thermal shutdown.
